All proceeds go to Class of 2026 After Prom. Sales begin NOW:

• Print out THIS FORM and complete it.
• Attach a check made out to "Senior Celebration" or include cash.
• Mark envelope "ATTN: Lynn Meza, 2026 Grad Sign Order."
• Drop the envelope to the 3rd floor SHHS office. 

We will be collecting orders until May 4th, but we'll place orders with the printer in rounds. The sooner you place your order, the sooner you will get your products.

We will let you know when the banners and signs are ready to be picked up.  On that note - please be sure your email address and phone number are very clearly written on the order form.
